Araw ng Kasarinlan

 Independence Day, also known as Araw ng Kasarinlan, is an annual national holiday observed in the Philippines on June 12, commemorating the proclamation of Philippine independence from Spanish colonial rule in 1898. Every Filipino should remember this day as a time of liberation from the shackles of the past.

Independence Day is a notable or renowned occasion in the history of the Philippines, leaving a chiseled impression in the memories of people from the horrific hundred years of Spanish control.
