A Message to an Ineffective Leader
Dear President Duterte,
Good day President! Congratulations on your term, thank God it is about to end. I hope you won't run for the position vice president. For the coming months, I am looking at your actions towards the situation of learners in online classes. In particular, the Philippines is one of the countries that didn't resume face-to-face class this school year, along with Venezuela.
It's been more than a year since your first statement about suspending classes due to the pandemic, yet learners right now are still facing difficulties, problems, and inconveniences in learning. You don't care if no one graduates, schools tend to give lower quality of education. Less attention can be given to individual students and it is difficult to motivate them. We need to make sure that these learners will be properly educated and obtain the knowledge and skills needed to ensure social and economic growth. Philippines is the only country that hasn't resumed face-to-face classes in Asia. Further actions about vaccination of 12-17-year-olds should be conducted so every learner's suffering will end.
Sincerely,
John Gabriel Aquino

I agree with what you have said, the president could have done better if he prioritized important matters first. I hope this letter reaches the president so that he could have an idea on how to handle this country and so that he could hear our voices.
