 We will never forget the sacrifices that they made for the betterment of our life since it is that time of year when we nourish the love and care of our birth mother. It is now our job to demonstrate how we will make our moms proud and how valuable their care for us is. Mother's Day is a holiday that honors the mother of a family or an individual, as well as maternity, maternal relationships, and mothers' impact in society.   The Viva Vigan Binatbatan Festival of the Arts is a week-long celebration to assist the local government's cultural tourism efforts.
